8 out of 10 Americans agree there should be one day a week with no meetings.

75.6%  of survey respondents prefer scheduling meetings on a certain day or time of day. Mondays are the most popular day of the week to schedule meetings, but Wednesdays have the longest meetings, on average.

82.9% of employees believe not all video meetings require video. One of the most time-efficient meetings is stand-ups with 20 or fewer people. On average, they last 12-13 minutes.
